We take data protection and client confidentiality very seriously at CBA Trees and as such have strict procedures in place to comply with legislation.

Here is what we know about you if you fill out a website enquiry: your name, address, email and telephone numbers (where supplied).

If you have requested a quote from us we use the above data to provide you with this. The quote and information provided is then stored safely in our secure office building for a maximum of 2 years.

If we then go on to carry out the work for you, any personal information you have supplied to us, emails relating to the work and the final surveys and reports are permanently stored in a secure cloud based storage facility to allow access in the future, if required. This personal information will be permanently retained unless requested by you, via email to info@cbatrees.co.uk.

All staff members are bound by contract to abide by all data protection legislation and have no right of access to your details other than for work purposes.

We do not share or sell your information to third parties nor do we send marketing letters or emails.

​

Should any data breaches occur our business owner will report it to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) as legally required.
